There is some mystery in it...
I've two boards.
Both with /proc/cpuinfo Revision: 000d,

And new one didn't start with SD card just pulled out from previous
one...after replacing "old" (2013-02-09) Raspbian bootcode/start_elf/kernel with
latest (2013-06-19) both boards run.

Physically the differ in CPU - in fact RAM - markings, RAM is from
different manufacturer.
