HI,

I would say no, as it contains the PowerVR SGX gpu core ( would be the same
for OMAP4 ).  This one is still very proprietary,  on saying that though
the hope I have is that with AMD entering the fray and Tegra having open
source releases ( all be it slowly ), Imagination technologies my very well
do the same.
