[ARMedslack] Missing firmware for Ralink RT2870/RT3070 Wireless Adapter

It's patch-o-rama this week!

I did wonder if anybody'd ever notice that I was bundling the firmware
from the kernel source tree rather than the separate repo that's used in
x86.
