Some info got lost somewhere:

You said that it would not run on my cpu because my cpu is armv5 while the library could be compiled for armv7 and I replied that that's not correct as the ac100 has an armv7 instruction set capable cpu: maybe the armedslack userland makes that binary unusable for some other reason.

I'm not sure what you mean here -- I said it's probably compiled for armv7
which is what you say the CPU is.
