[ARMedslack] Cross toolchain problem

I few days ago try to compile cross toolchain for AVR and found out
then gcc 4.5.1 have few bugs which does not allow it. The root of
problem was than gcc does not refuse to compile for unsupported target
cpu. Also There are patches for AVR target.
