[ARMedslack] Slackware ARM 13.1 released

Hi!

I'm really pleased to be able to announce the availability of Slackware
ARM 13.1 today.

It's been almost a year since the last stable release and a lot has
happened to build this new EABI port from scratch; but I think the wait
has been worth it.

The 13.1 tree is available here:
ftp://ftp.armedslack.org/armedslack/armedslack-13.1

And as with the previous releases, the download and installation
instructions for the supported systems are contained within the tree.
