[ARMedslack] HowTo run ArmedSlack on AT91RM9200 with root on SD

1. In most cases there are need to sold additional pullup resistor
10kOhm between MCI_CMD and Vcc. Without this resistor SD card will be
non-accessible for software like linux kernel. (Source: Errata from
Atmel).

PS: on EmQbit this trouble *PARTIALLY* solved via patch, which enable
internal pull-up resistor.
